Christian Meditation is held weekly on Tuesday evenings. It is based on the practice developed by John Main, a Benedictine monk who rediscovered the contemplative tradition in the teachings of the Desert Fathers in the fourth century. This type of meditation is connected to a global spiritual community of the WCCM (World Community for Christian Meditation) that works with other faiths and communities.

This session is approximately 1 hour and includes a 20 minute silent meditation, with some reflective teaching at the beginning. It is open to all and is a great way to meet new people.
