Qigong with Sonja

It doesn’t matter how old or fit you are, Qi Gong Yoga techniques are gentle enough to be used by everyone.

Qigong is mindful, gentle and focused movement aligned with the breath to bring the body, mind and spirit back into balance. 

Classes are held Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am at St Peter’s Uniting Church Hall, Marmora St, Freshwater  


Tuesdays 9:30-10:30 and Thursdays 9:30-10:30 for beginners

Sonja is a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, acupuncturist and Qigong teacher.
