An Afternoon of Music is a community-based music program. It encourages musicians and singers of any level, genre and age group to share their love for music. The type of music performed varies from Beethoven’s famous Für Elise to the popular 60s Stand by Me.
As well as being a supportive environment for young musicians, this group is a place where friendships are formed and fostered. The afternoon starts with each performer presenting an item, followed by light refreshments. An Afternoon of Music meets once every two months on a Saturday from 3-4pm.
